 The child must be collected promptly at the end of the hour.




1. Entrance is permitted to children ages 3 to 10 years and the child must be accompanied by only one adult.
Admission to the play area is free of charge and the child may remain for up to 1 hour a day; the entrance must be pre-booked at the Info Point.

2.  The child must be collected promptly at the end of the hour by the same adult that accompanied the child upon entry. In the event of a late pickup, the staff will contact the appropriate authorities.

3.  Visitors shall enter and leave the premises in strict compliance with the adopted safety measures, including the mandatory use of face masks, hand hygiene, temperature readings and 1m physical distancing.

4. When dropping off the child, the accompanying adult shall complete a self-certification form and the child’s personal information form, including a contact number, the time of entry and any special requirements. In the event of a failure to do, the accompanying adult shall be held responsible for any damages caused.

5. The parent or accompanying adult must show valid ID upon arrival as their identity will be verified when they return to collect the child. They will also be given a badge that must be presented when picking up the child.
The accompanying adult must ensure that they will remain at Torino Outlet Village and that they can be reached at all times.

6. Beverages, gum or food are not allowed on the premises. Children are not allowed to wear earrings, necklaces or clothing with hoods or drawstrings in the playground. Lighters, knives or other sharp objects are not allowed on the premises.

7. For health reasons, single-use anti-slip socks are mandatory and children must remove their shoes before entering. Single-use socks are available for purchase in the Children’s Area.

8. Children will be able to participate in a variety of sit-down themed workshops; the playground equipment is temporarily out of use.

9. In the event of non-compliance with these regulations by the accompanying adult or of behavior by the child that is clearly unmanageable, the staff may decide to deny any future admission to the play area.

10. In the event of any special child-care needs, the accompanying adult must remain in the play area for the duration of the child’s stay.

11. Management and the service operator do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items and/or clothing, and do not accept responsibility for the improper use of materials or equipment.

12.  The maximum permitted group size is 12 children per time slot.

13. The signs posted on the premises are an integral part of these regulations.

14. The children’s area is equipped with toilet facilities that are sanitized at the end of each time slot.


If a staff member is uncertain as to a child’s age, the parents/accompanying adult will be required to show the child’s health card.
