To ensure you enjoy a pleasing and absolutely safe shopping experience, we have all the officially required health measures* in place to safeguard your health and that of our employees.

We must therefore ask you to kindly comply with the rules of conduct posted in the Village, which you may view in advance below.

 

ACCESS TO THE VILLAGE

It is obligatory to wear a mask on entering the Village. At the Info Point you can pick up a free Made-in-Italy fabric mask (re-usable up to 10 times) for adults and children, as well as single-use gloves.

Please avoid gatherings and keep a safety distance of at least 1 metre from other people. Security staff may intervene to ensure groups of people are properly distanced.

Please wash and sanitize your hands. Cleansing gel dispensers are provided for your use throughout the Village.

 

Access will be denied to anyone who:

– shows a body temperature of over 37.5° C;

– shows flu symptoms;

– has had contact in the last 14 days with people testing positive for COVID-19;

– is coming from places judged at-risk by the WHO.

 

ACCESS TO STORES

To guarantee the best possible shopping experience in total safety, access to stores will be regulated.

Please sanitize your hands, especially if you pay in cash; contactless payment is to be preferred.

Keep the safety distance inside stores too.

Wearing of masks is obligatory inside stores too.
